THE INSHORE TRIP…
This trip is our most popular. We fish in Oregon Inlet, the adjoining sounds and up to 5 miles in the Atlantic Ocean.
THE INTERMEDIATE TRIP…
This DOA charter fishing trip is at least 6 hours. We fish outside of Oregon Inlet further than 5 miles in the Atlantic Ocean. Many times this trip will present the opportunities for larger fish such as cobia, amberjacks, king mackerel, or possibly dolphin fish. Species availability will depend on time of year and weather and water conditions. If you choose to fish for 6 hours the price is halfway between a half day and full day charter.
THE FULL DAY TRIP…
When you book a full day trip there is no clock ticking. We will fish at least 8 hours and will not have to worry about getting back to the dock to pick up another crew. This will allow us to get further or deeper if we need to in order to find fish.
WHAT TO BRING…
All bait, ice, and tackle will be provided on the boat. If you so wish to bring your own rods or other tackle feel free to do so. You will need to bring your own food, drinks, sunscreen and seasonal clothing. Please feel free to bring a cooler if you want but limit it to one. More than one carry on cooler will make walking conditions problematic aboard D.O.A. If you have any more questions feel free to contact me.
